Getting The Facts
The cost includes full use of the college facilities, tower donations and full board accommodation from the Thursday afternoon until the Sunday afternoon. This includes:
- Breakfast (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Evening Meals (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
- Sunday Lunch
- ...plus tea, coffee and biscuits in the morning and afternoon.
Lunches on Friday and Saturday are not included, as these are generally taken between tower practical sessions. Some groups arrange to visit a local pub, others will prefer to take a packed lunch. Ask your tutor if you have any doubts. (Please note that lunch is NOT provided on the Thursday)

Final Application and Payment Deadlines
The final deadline for applications is 30th April 2018, after which the applications will be considered together and are NOT on a first-come-first-served basis.
On confirmation of a place, payment will be requested by cheque or BACS by 11th June 2018. If we haven't received payment by midnight on 11th June, then the student's place will be lost and the place will be allocated to someone else on the waiting list.
Every effort will be made to run the course but there may be circumstances beyond our control which would mean the course may be cancelled without liability.
If you need to cancel after you have made your course payment, please contact Mike Winterbourne on 01264 790179 (for students) or Jonathan Cresshull on 07879 811381 (for helpers) at the earliest opportunity and we will endeavour to replace you from our waiting list. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to refund you.
It is strongly recommended that you get holiday insurance cover, so that any last-minute problems will not cause any financial loss.
